If you are struggling with your mood, stress, relationship issues (including parenting), life transitions, or post-traumatic reactions, I would love to work with you!


I support people who are experiencing a variety of mental and emotional concerns to access their strengths and move toward their goals. My goal is to help people feel the relief and fulfillment that comes with healing and balance. I work primarily using the therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.


I completed my Masters in Clinical Social Work through the University of Calgary, building on previous Bachelor degrees in Education and Psychology.

I have worked for the past several years in primary health care as a Mental Health Therapist, Clinical Manager, and Behavioural Health Consultant.
