Charity is a registered social worker and has worked in the profession for over 15 years. She specializes in supporting women with anxiety and trauma. She also works with adults, teens, and preteens experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Therapies she uses include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Expressive Arts Therapies, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
It’s overwhelming when your mental health is impacting your relationships, your work, school, and your self-confidence. Charity helps you identify what is preventing you from feeling well. Through our work together we will get to the root cause, so
you can calm your body and mind.
Charity has worked in a leadership position with the Alberta College of Social Workers. She has also worked in settlement services with newcomers, in community development and within provincial and federal government programs.
Charity has a particular passion for working with people from diverse cultures and is bilingual in English and French.
